Pratik is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) with more than 16 years of experience delivering major infrastructure and capital maintenance projects across Australia and New Zealand. He joined Sterling after working as a Senior Project Manager at Transurban, where he led the development and delivery of capital works programs in Victoria. In that role, he worked closely with delivery partners including Sterling, Downer, Ventia, Service Stream, AECOM, and MCM.

With a background in civil engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Project Management from the University of Melbourne, Pratik brings both technical depth and strategic oversight to his projects. His areas of focus have included structural remediation, pavement rehabilitation, public safety upgrades, and large-scale transport infrastructure. He has also introduced innovations such as Structural Health Monitoring systems and higher-tier bridge assessments to strengthen asset assurance and performance.

Pratik is highly experienced in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and commercial delivery. He brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to managing complex infrastructure programs and continues to play a key role in shaping project outcomes across Sterling’s portfolio.
