With up to 20 years of experience within the construction industry, Aldrin had commenced as a tradesman whom was exposed to multiple construction sites that varied form tier 1 through to tier 3 including commercial, residential and council upgrades.
Working up the ranks of having a practical stance of constructability whilst incorporating textbook knowledge in various engineering disciplines provided the opportunity in delivering projects within; water & wastewater infrastructure, roads & landscape, in-situ structural concrete pits, tanks, foundations, structures and bridge components, alongside precast concrete segments and fabricated structures out of fibreglass and steel – which had then led towards the involvement in rail within the last several years that increased the capability to contribute towards the growing rail infrastructure within Victoria and nationally.
Aldrin joined Sterling in 2025 and has played an integral role as Project Manager within our civil construction works sector, such as through leading the delivery of the Moonee Ponds Viaduct Deck Replacement project.
