Since joining Sterling in 2016, David has been an invaluable member of the Sterling team acting in a wide variety of roles. He is currently the Operations Manager of our Rail Consulting business, a hybrid business providing rail access solutions, end-to-end project management services for the delivery of works within the rail corridor and specialist staffing solutions to our clients in the rail sector. In addition to this, David has previously acted in a range of roles within he the Sterling Business including Business Improvement Manager and Manager of Asset Inspections. In all these roles, his pragmatic problem-solving skills and his ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships have allowed him to constantly deliver successful outcomes to Sterling’s clients. His diverse skillset is further complimented by his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) / Bachelor of Business which provides a solid technical foundation to support both his rail interface and project management knowledge.
