Randolf is the Lead and Manager of the Sterling Data Solutions team. The team's responsibilities include managing data pipelines, designing data collection methods, and producing ways to present client data easily and efficiently. Randolf also has an auxiliary role as Project Manager for the Universal Access division. In this role his responsibilities include conducting and leading disability accessibility audits throughout Victoria, NSW and South Australia.

In parallel with his studies, he joined Sterling in 2015 as a Project Coordinator and worked in the Projects Services division, where he worked out of the Level Crossing Removal Program (LXRP) project office, up until 2017.
Randolf has a Cert IV in Project Management from TafeNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours, Civil and Infrastructure) from RMIT.
