Sterling consistently delivers Level 2 Inspection and asset valuations for local council and land managers.
Within the last 12 months we have delivered contracts for Darebin City Council, Maroondah Council, City of Greater Geelong, Gladstone City Council, and RoadTek (TMR).
Sterling’s qualified VicRoads inspectors undertake inspections of all vehicular and pedestrian assets. The inspections are carried out in accordance with the VicRoads Inspection manual and all data is recorded in accordance with VicRoads attributes convention.
Sterling have a bespoke data capture tool developed to capture all relevant data required under the VicRoads Inspection manual. We then work with each clients to adapt the mobile capture tool and supporting database and reporting tools to meet their specific needs
By collaborating with our construction and maintenance division Sterling also delivers asset valuation data sheets to comply with government valuation reporting requirements.
