Penny Wade

Penny joined Sterling Infrastructure as the HR Manager in September 2021.

Penny has spent many years working in Human Resources/People & Culture within various industries such as consulting engineering, architectural/design and contact centres. Throughout her career Penny has gained experience across the broad spectrum of Human Resources/People & Culture functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Conflict Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement.

As the HR Manager of Sterling, Penny is responsible for the organisational strategy, talent/resource management and leadership development. She works closely with the Executive team and Managers to maintain the development and satisfaction of Sterling’s people and uphold a renowned culture.

Penny has education in Human Resources Management at the Australian Human Resources Institute, Employee Mental Health, OH&S & Quality management.
