Amir Tila

Amir joined Sterling in May 2020 as a Project manager/Draftsperson. His current role includes providing leadership of Sterling’s Independent Compliance Review business and operations management across the Engineering and Asset Management division.

Amir has more than fifteen years’ experience in project management, operational management and engineering. He is skilled in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to manage all aspects of project’s life cycle from inception to implementation. Amir brings a track record of success in working with senior leadership teams and executives to plan, manage and execute projects which support business outcomes and deliver excellence.

Amir has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Civil Engineering from Tabriz University and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Monash University. He is a member of Engineers Australia (EA) and a member of Construction Engineering Organization of Tehran (tceo).
