Allan Tegawa

Allan joined Sterling in 2016 and quickly established himself in the Engineering and Asset Management division as a Skilled Inspector, Engineer and Project Manager. His current responsibilities for building the Sterling brand in Western Australia include creating and managing budget and growth strategies, developing client relationships and building a portfolio of works in the region. He leads Sterling WA with excellence in broad project delivery with a genuine client focus.

Allan has led and delivered a wide variety of projects with a demonstrated proficiency in management, bulk data collection processes and structural inspections of bridges and culverts. He has been integral in the delivery of key projects to Clients such as ARTC, MTM and VicRoads. His experience also extends to DDA compliance audits and design reviews in the public transport sector.

Allan has a B.E in Civil Engineering (Hons) from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. His post-graduate training includes Level 2 Bridge Inspection (ARRB), Track Safety Inductions (ARTC, V/Line, MTM, TfNSW), YarraTrams Overhead and Track Appreciation and Work Safely at Heights.
