Adeline started working at Sterling in 2013 as Project Manager for Structure Inspections projects. In 2016 Adeline was promoted to Director of the Asset Management division. She has since been overseeing the implementation of data solution systems to enable capture of defects and inventory data for large volume inspection contracts as well as overseeing the successful delivery of multi-million inspections and audits contract for Rail Operators. She is now the Director of the Universal Accessibility and Data Solution division and provides expertise in Access Consultancy for public transport infrastructure.
Adeline has 15 years’ experience in civil engineering specialising in asset management and project management. Adeline has successfully delivered major structure inspection contracts in Australia and the UK. Since 2014, Adeline has gained expertise in the application of the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (DSAPT 2002) by conducting hundreds of accessibility audits of public transport infrastructure (trains and trams) in Victoria and New South Wales.
Adeline has a Diplome d’ Ingenieur (Hons), Engineering Degree (Civil engineering) from the Ecole Centrale (France) and is an accredited Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE) from the UK institute of Civil Engineer. She has extensive postgraduate training including Train Track safety Awareness and a Cert IV in accessibility. She is an Associate member of the Association of Consultants in Access Australia (ACAA).
